I can really recommend the Groovi-movement program! It has a wide variety of upper quarter and lower quarter exercises, including exercises with different equipment such as theraband, rollers and balls. It is user friendly, you can create your own favourite programs, email the program to your patient directly from the Groovi-movement program and includes preset programs for post-operative rehabilitation as well as other popular pre-set programs. You can also add your patient to the program with all their personal details! I use it everyday – it is great and well worth getting!
