2. PRODUCTS & WARRANTIES
2.1 Our products are manufactured using the best available materials and are guaranteed from manufactures defect or failure for 3 months from date of purchase, subject to fair wear and tear.
2.2 Note: Products that are heat/ sunlight sensitive ie, neoprene, elastic, latex or silicone deteriorate quickly if left exposed and should it be found that this has caused the product to fail will not be covered under our warrantee.
2.3 Extensive use of Velcro on neoprene loop causes fraying and will result in the product looking worn. (this is not a product failure and falls under fair wear and tear). S-I Belts are designed for use while recovering or exercising may be subject to abuse. The belts will be assessed individually and may not be covered for the full three months from purchase subject to use.
2.4 Ice packs must not be placed in a Freezer as this will cause them to tear. ( This failure is not covered under the warrantee).
2.5 Proof of purchase and affected purchase to be returned to Groovi Movements at purchasers cost for evaluation.
3. DELIVERY & DELIVERY CHARGES
3.1 Delivery charges are calculated as per Fastway tariff based on location of delivery, special arrangement can be made for you to use your own courier to collect.
Local delivery around Johannesburg are normally next working day. Coastal and other areas are 2 to 3 working days. Groovi Movements use a sub contractor for deliveries and cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery or deliveries where the receiver is not available or traceable.
3.2 Please note that returns will be subject to the purchase being returned at the purchasers cost.
3.3 You may qualify for Free Delivery subject to our promotions offered.
4. SALES & PROMOTIONS
4.1 Please note that while products are on sale or on promotion, no further discount or special will apply. Only COD payments apply.
4.2 Additional delivery charges may occur, dependent on the branch location of a specific product.
4.3 Sales prices are valid while stocks last. Once the product is sold out as the sale price, the sale price will no longer be valid.
4.4 All goods purchased are COD.
5. SIGNING FOR GOODS
All deliveries require a signature at the point of delivery. Please check the delivery carefully for signs of possible damage before you sign to say that you have received them in good condition. In the extremely unlikely event that you receive a parcel which is obviously damaged beyond all levels of acceptability, please refuse delivery and contact us via www.groovimovements.co.za or call our customer service team At Off Nicol Health Wellness and Rehab Centre on (+2711 4638330). Ask for Jane, state the reason for refusal. We will then resolve the problem in the best and quickest means possible.
6. RETURNS & REFUNDS
We have a 14 day return policy for unwanted goods. If 14 days has passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange, any return within 14 days is subjected to management approval. Please note that there will be a 10% handling fee charged for all returned items.
To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must be in the original packaging, unused and in the same condition that you received it and delivered to our offices at 1 Longford rd Bryanston Johannesburg as per 3.2.
Regarding warrantee claims the product will be replaced and only refunded should the product be out of stock or discontinued.
To complete your return or refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
7. COMPLAINTS
On the very rare occasions that you wish to complain about any of our services, we aim to deal with the complaint as effectively as possible. Ask for Jane. We aim to acknowledge any complaints within 5 working days, and to conclude our investigations as soon as possible thereafter.

You will be able to access the majority of this Website without having to register any details with us. However, certain areas of this Website will only be accessible if you have registered with us. Medical Professionals, who have registered an account with Groovi Movements will receive preferential pricing and other website benefits.
